How to Use a Hot Comb:

1. Start with Clean, Dry Hair
   1.  Tip- Use a gentle shampoo and a moisturizing conditioner for smoother results 
2. Apply a Heat Protectant
   1. Apply a heat protectant evenly throughout your hair - This is crucial to protect the hair strands from heat damage
      1. Let dry for 1-2 minutes before ironing
3. Blow-dry and Detangle Your Hair
   1. Divide your hair into 4-6 parts - This gives better control and smoother results 
4. Set the right temperature
   1. Plug in the iron and set the temperature according to your hair type 
5. Flat Iron Each Section
   1. Take a 1-inch wide section of hair
   2. Place the iron at the root (but not too close)
   3. Slowly glide the iron down the section in one smooth motion
      1. Avoid going over the same section multiple times
6. Style 
7. Finish with serum or light oil
   1. Apply a penny-sized amount of anti-frizz serum or shine spray to smooth flyaways and lock in moisture
