Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging and all components.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the product is determined to be defective by the merchant or applicable laws. If you receive a defective product, it must be returned within 30 days, complete with tags and packaging, before a refund or exchange can be processed. Products must be completely unused and unaltered to qualify for reimbursement.

PLEASE NOTE: Once a product has been shipped, we are not responsible for any issues related to lost, held, or stolen packages. Ownership transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

I, Bryana Kinlock, reserve the right to decline or limit any returns or exchanges, regardless of whether a customer has a receipt or is unsatisfied with their purchase. Every eligible return will undergo a verification process for refunds, and the owner holds final authority on all return and exchange decisions in accordance with state laws.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total.

Delivery times for exchange products may vary depending on your location.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Shipping Policy

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping can take up to 5-10 business days after the processing period. While we often ship items quickly, please allow for this time frame.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

After placing your order, there is a mandatory processing period of 24-72 hours (up to 3 full business days). This period does not count toward the shipping time. Please note that weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays are not included in business days.

Once processing is complete, your shipping period begins. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Please allow a few hours for the USPS system to update after receiving your tracking number.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DELAYS MAY OCCUR BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

WE DO NOT CONTROL SHIPPING CARRIERS.

We cannot change shipping addresses once an order is placed. Please verify your address before confirming your order. If the address is incorrect, your order will be canceled.

Processing may be delayed if your shipping address raises any concerns or if the order is flagged as a risk. We may require proof of identification for billing information verification.

If there is an issue, you will receive an email notification with the details.

Once your order is placed, we cannot modify or alter shipping options.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for orders that have been canceled in accordance with our cancellation guidelines.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped or delivered. Orders that have already shipped and are canceled will not be eligible for a refund. Orders canceled prior to shipping will be refunded. Please allow 15-30 days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank.
