All terms of payments are 100% upfront. Your credit card will be charged once you’ve placed an order. We have a zero tolerance for fraudulent and theft activities with our products. All sales are FINAL!
Pricing
The prices listed on our website when checking out is the price that will be fulfilled. All prices are subjected to change. Once you’ve placed your order, there will be no option to redeem any sale price of any sales announced AFTER your order was placed.

Order Processing
We do not operate on weekends. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturdays, or Sundays, will be processed Monday, unless it is a holiday or specified by the owner. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

If any item is out of stock. It will be shown as “unavailable” and you will not be able to purchase that product.

Shipping Terms
Prior to the shipment of all orders, there is a 48-72 hour processing time.
Processing time is subject to change due to any sales or holidays.
***NO SHIPMENT WILL TAKE PLACE ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS***
No Return/ Refund Policy
All orders are inspected throughly before shipping. Our focus is to ensure the quality of our products are the best quality product possible. To guarantee the complete satisfaction of each customer, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Hair Care Instructions
- Wash Hair Extensions in luke warm water
- When washing hair extensions DO NOT massage or twist hair
- Apply a generous amount of conditioner
- Do Not apply conditioner on the wefts
- To brush Hair use a Wig brush
- Brush hair strands from the ends to the wefts
- After washing, allow hair to air dry (Do NOT towel dry)
- Dry curly hair on a towel laying down to keep the authentic curls of hair
- Hang Dry Pressed and Divine Wave hair with clip hangers
Styling:
2 -3 bundles with a closure or frontal are needed for a full look for lengths 16” and shorter.
3 -4 bundles with a closure or frontal are typically needed for a full look for lengths 18” and longer.
